JUSTRIDE is an all-in-one motorcycle app for navigation, route discovery, group riding and rider safety. It brings route planning, ride recording, Group Navigation, live location sharing and safety services together in one place.
Yes. JUSTRIDE has been designed by riders, for riders. Every feature is built around motorcycling, whether you’re commuting, touring, exploring off-tarmac routes or riding with friends.
JUSTRIDE Free allows you to discover routes, record rides and access essential safety features.
JUSTRIDE Pro unlocks additional features including turn-by-turn navigation, Group Navigation, offline maps, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, selected premium routes and advanced JUSTRIDE Assist services.
Available features may vary depending on your device and region.
JUSTRIDE Pro supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on compatible systems, allowing you to access selected navigation features through a connected display.

Routes & group rides
Plan, generate, import and discover routes—then ride them together.
The Explore section helps you discover curated JUSTRIDE routes and verified routes from selected creators and partners.
You can browse using the map or list view, apply filters and save routes you want to ride later.
Yes. JUSTRIDE allows you to create your own route by choosing a destination and adding stops along the way. The route settings cog icon allows you to refine the route further.
You can review the route before setting off, save it for later or begin turn-by-turn navigation with JUSTRIDE Pro.
Twisty Route Generation (beta) creates a motorcycle-focused route that prioritises more engaging, winding roads instead of simply taking you along the fastest available route.
Choose your starting point and route preferences, and JUSTRIDE will generate a ride for you to review, save and navigate.
Road suitability can vary, so always review the route and current riding conditions before setting off.
Yes. JUSTRIDE supports GPX file imports, allowing you to follow routes created by friends, clubs, tour operators, content creators and other navigation platforms.
Yes. You can record your rides and save them to your personal route library, making it easy to revisit, share or ride them again later.
Yes. Routes can be shared with other JUSTRIDE users, helping everyone access and follow the same route.
JUSTRIDE can be used to follow supported and imported off-tarmac routes, making it useful for adventure riders exploring trails, tracks and remote areas.

Absolutely. JUSTRIDE is designed for adventure riding, touring and long-distance travel.
Route following, offline maps, location sharing and optional satellite connectivity are particularly useful when travelling through unfamiliar or remote areas.
Group Navigation allows riders to follow the same route while travelling at their own pace.
Instead of staying directly behind the ride leader, each rider follows the shared route through JUSTRIDE. This helps reduce missed turns, unnecessary stops and the pressure to keep up with faster riders.
Can I see where my friends are during a ride?
Yes. Live Location Sharing allows you to see participating friends and group members during an active ride.
This makes it easier to identify riders who have stopped, become separated or are travelling at a different pace.
During turn-by-turn navigation, riders who fall significantly behind may move off-screen so your navigation remains clear. In other location-sharing modes, the map can expand to show participating riders.

JUSTRIDE Free includes Impact Detection, SOS access and automatic alerts to your nominated emergency contacts with your live location.
JUSTRIDE Pro adds professional emergency response, ongoing emergency case management, two-way messaging with the emergency response team and supported satellite connectivity.
JUSTRIDE Assist brings together JUSTRIDE’s rider safety features, including Impact Detection, emergency contact alerts and rider support services.
Impact Detection and emergency contact alerts are available for free. JUSTRIDE Pro adds professional emergency response, ongoing case management, two-way emergency messaging and supported satellite connectivity.
Available services may vary depending on your device, location and connectivity.
Impact Detection is available to all JUSTRIDE users.
JUSTRIDE uses smartphone sensor technology to identify patterns that could indicate a serious riding incident. If a possible impact is detected, the app begins a validation process and gives the rider an opportunity to confirm they are safe.
If the rider does not respond, JUSTRIDE can automatically alert their nominated emergency contacts and share their location.
JUSTRIDE Pro users can also access professional emergency response and ongoing incident support.
Impact Detection is available for free, but the response depends on your subscription.
With JUSTRIDE Free, nominated emergency contacts can be alerted and sent your location following a detected and unconfirmed incident.
JUSTRIDE Pro adds professional emergency response, allowing a validated incident to be escalated to the emergency response team for ongoing management and, where necessary, coordination with the appropriate emergency services.
JUSTRIDE provides an additional layer of support and should not replace contacting the emergency services directly whenever you are able to do so.
Yes. You can add nominated emergency contacts who may be notified if a serious incident occurs.
We recommend checking these details regularly to make sure they remain accurate.
Trusted contacts can follow your progress during an active ride when the relevant location-sharing feature has been enabled.
Location sharing is optional and must be configured before or during your ride.
Your location and riding data remain under your control. Standard sharing features are optional and can be enabled or disabled when required.
Location information may also be used by enabled emergency features when assistance is needed. More information is available in the JUSTRIDE Privacy Policy.
Features that rely on mobile data may be limited when you lose network coverage. Pro users can download supported maps for offline navigation before setting off.
Selected emergency, messaging and location services may also be available through a compatible satellite communication device.
JUSTRIDE supports selected compatible satellite communication devices. Compatibility may change as additional integrations are introduced.

Depending on your connected device, subscription and location, satellite-enabled services may include:

Yes. Satellite services require a compatible communication device and an active subscription with the relevant satellite service provider.

Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions are available through the app, while additional subscription options may be available through the JUSTRIDE website.
Prices may vary by platform and region, so check the app or website for the latest pricing.
The cancellation process depends on where you purchased your subscription.
Purchased through the JUSTRIDE website
Log in to your JUSTRIDE account to manage your subscription or contact info@justride-app.com.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further payments will be taken.
Purchased through the Apple App Store
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select JUSTRIDE.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Purchased through Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select JUSTRIDE.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Refunds depend on where your subscription was purchased.
JUSTRIDE website purchases
Contact info@justride-app.com. Requests will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy, Terms of Service and applicable consumer laws. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple manages payments and refunds for App Store subscriptions. JUSTRIDE cannot issue these refunds directly. Requests can be submitted through Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Google Play purchases
Google manages refunds for subscriptions purchased through Google Play. Requests can be submitted through Google Play Support.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
After it expires:
- Your subscription will not renew.
- Your account will revert to JUSTRIDE Free.
- Pro features will no longer be available unless you purchase another subscription.
