- visit or use the JUSTRIDE website;
- sign up for JUSTRIDE news, updates or marketing;
- purchase products through the JUSTRIDE online shop;
- download, register for or use the JUSTRIDE mobile application; or
- use associated JUSTRIDE services, including JUSTRIDE Assist.

Your use of the JUSTRIDE mobile application is also subject to our Terms and Conditions and End User Licence Agreement, available through the JUSTRIDE website.

SCFMOTO Ltd is the Data Controller responsible for processing personal information collected through the JUSTRIDE website, online shop and mobile application.

JUSTRIDE uses location information to provide features including navigation, route recording, live location sharing, Group Navigation, safety services and emergency assistance.

Location permissions are requested through your device operating system and may be changed at any time through your device settings.
Certain JUSTRIDE features may not work correctly, or may have reduced functionality, if location permissions are disabled.
Motion & Sensor Data
To support rider safety features and crash or incident detection, JUSTRIDE may collect or process information from supported device sensors, including:

- Magnetometer
- Barometer
- Device movement information
Sensor information may be processed to identify potential riding incidents and support emergency alerting services.

6. LIVE LOCATION SHARING & GROUP NAVIGATION
Live Location Sharing is an optional JUSTRIDE feature.
When you enable a feature that requires location sharing, selected users, groups or contacts may be able to view your location during an active ride or sharing session.
Group Navigation may also enable riders participating in the same active group ride to view each other’s locations for the duration of that session.
You remain responsible for selecting the people or groups with whom you share your location.
Location sharing may be disabled or ended using the relevant controls within JUSTRIDE.
7. JUSTRIDE ASSIST & EMERGENCY SERVICES
JUSTRIDE Assist uses information such as device sensor information, location information and account information to provide rider safety functionality.
Where a potential riding incident is detected, relevant information may be processed to:
- Assess the incident
- Ask the rider to confirm whether they are safe
- Notify nominated emergency contacts
- Coordinate emergency assistance
- Facilitate communication with emergency support providers
- Provide relevant incident and location information to emergency assistance providers
JUSTRIDE Assist and crash or incident detection technology are designed to assist riders but cannot guarantee the detection of every accident, crash, emergency or other incident.
JUSTRIDE should not be considered a replacement for contacting the appropriate emergency services directly where you are able to do so.
8. GLOBAL RESCUE & OTHER EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROVIDERS
JUSTRIDE Assist may use services provided by Global Rescue and other emergency assistance or response providers.
Where an emergency assistance service is activated, information reasonably necessary to provide that assistance may be shared with the relevant provider.
This may include:
- Name
- Contact information
- Emergency contact details
- Current or last known location
- Incident information
- Relevant account information
- Information necessary to communicate with or assist the rider
Such information will only be shared where reasonably necessary to provide or coordinate emergency assistance or where otherwise permitted or required by law.
9. SATELLITE CONNECTIVITY
Where a user connects a compatible satellite communication device or service to JUSTRIDE, we may process information including:
- Satellite device identifiers
- Satellite location information
- Satellite message metadata
- Emergency SOS information
- Journey tracking information
- Connectivity information
Satellite functionality may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies imposed by the relevant satellite device manufacturer, network operator or service provider.
10. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We may share personal information with trusted third parties where necessary to provide the JUSTRIDE Services.

- Global Rescue and other emergency assistance providers
- Emergency response providers
- Satellite communication providers
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Mapping, navigation and location service providers
- Analytics and diagnostics providers
- Customer support providers
- Payment and subscription providers, including Apple, Google and Stripe
- Email marketing providers, including Mailchimp
- Online shop fulfilment providers, including Printify
- Website hosting and technical service providers

We only share information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
We do not sell your personal information.
