JUSTRIDE Free includes route discovery, route planning, ride recording, Impact Detection and emergency contact alerts. PRO unlocks turn-by-turn navigation, Group Navigation, offline maps, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, advanced JUSTRIDE Assist services and other premium riding features.
Yes. You can try JUSTRIDE PRO free for 7 days with access to PRO features during your trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin automatically.
Yes. JUSTRIDE Free gives you access to route discovery, the Route Planner, ride recording, Impact Detection and emergency contact alerts. You only need PRO for our premium navigation, group riding and advanced safety features.
Yes. JUSTRIDE PRO supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (coming soon) on compatible systems, allowing you to access supported navigation features through your connected display. Available functionality may vary depending on your device and operating system.
Group Navigation lets riders follow the same route while travelling at their own pace. Each rider receives their own navigation, helping reduce missed turns, unnecessary stops and the pressure to stay directly behind the rider in front.
JUSTRIDE Free includes Impact Detection, SOS access and emergency contact alerts. PRO adds professional emergency response, ongoing incident case management, two-way messaging with the emergency response team and supported satellite connectivity.
PRO users can download routes before setting off, allowing them to continue following or navigating a downloaded route when mobile coverage is limited or unavailable. Features that require an active data connection may still be limited without signal.
Yes. JUSTRIDE PRO supports GPX imports, so you can bring routes created by friends, clubs, tour operators, creators or other route-planning platforms into JUSTRIDE.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the platform you purchased it from. Your PRO access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will return to JUSTRIDE Free.
